Waterproofing

GGC undertakes waterproofing repairs to remedy and prevent moisture penetration and to manage moisture penetration above and below grade resulting from deteriorated, failed or cracked substrates such as concrete walls, Water tank, block walls, parking garage decks, terrace decks, planter boxes, building envelope cavities (through wall flashing) and roofs.

Waterproofing repairs involve the removal of overburdens and existing waterproofing systems (if applicable), surface preparation and application of any number of waterproofing systems.

Common materials and systems include insulation, hot-applied fiber re-inforced bituminous waterproofing, membrane systems, traffic bearing coating systems and pedestrian-bearing coating systems.
